If i could give NO stars, I would! I rented a 3 bedroom trailer ( I have 2 kids) from Mrs. Shandy. I also homed 5 oppossums! Count them 5! And a pack rat! Im not sure which rodent came first... it came in through a hole under my kitchen sink. I made numerous calls to have it taken care of. No Answer! When i didnt pay my rent on time(because i was getting no response) u bet she was at my door. I got out of my one year lease without paying any consequences, however lost my deposit. I have contacted the proper people and have reported the negligence. I urge u not to rent from them! *oppossums and pack rat were shot with pellet gun* I have pics in case it ever comes back against me.
